Leather Production (Atelier)

We’re looking for a new team member to strengthen our leather production team.

RoB Amsterdam has been creating high-quality leather and fetish wear since 1975. From our atelier and shop in the heart of Amsterdam, we combine craftsmanship with identity, confidence, and community.
We are deeply rooted in the leather and fetish scene and it’s important that you are too. As one of the few brands in the global fetish scene with an in-house production, we take pride in controlling every step of our process, from design to finished product.

Location
RoB Amsterdam (city-centre)

Practical Details
- Minimum 24 hours per week (3 days)
- Sewing experience preferred
- Dutch or English required
- Shop hours: 11:00 till 19:00 (flexible)

Your Role
This is primarily a production-focused position within our atelier, you will be involved in making our leather garments and accessories in small series; cutting, sewing, and assembling. Because our atelier and shop are integrated, you may also have occasional contact with customers. As you grow into the role, there is room to contribute ideas and develop new products together with the team.

What You’ll Do
- Support the production of leather accessories and garments, work with materials: cutting, sewing, assembling
- Maintain quality and attention to detail in all products
- Occasionally assist in-store and interact with customers
- Contribute ideas for improvements or new designs (as you grow)

Who You Are
- You have a clear affinity with the leather and/or fetish scene (this is essential)
- Positive, reliable, and motivated
- Eager to learn and develop hands-on skills
- Comfortable working in a small, skilled, and collaborative team
- Able to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods around fetish events
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality
- Customer-aware and flexible

Experience:
- Experience with leatherwork or sewing is a pre
- No experience? No problem, motivation to learn is essential, and we provide on-the-job training
