Verzendkosten/BTW regels

• UPS verzending;
• Levering Europese Unie 3 - 4 werkdagen na het plaatsen van de bestelling;
• Levering 5 - 7 dagen buiten de Europese Unie;
• Track & trace informatie van deur tot deur;
• Inclusief verzekering voor de waarde van de bestelling.
  
  

Dozen zijn ruim bemeten en worden goed beschermd en zijn discreet verpakt.

Voor zendingen buiten de EU moeten kopieën van de factuur aan de buitenkant van het pakket worden bevestigd, het RoB-logo moet op deze facturen staan en kan zichtbaar zijn op het pakket.

Verzendkosten

• BENELUX en Duitsland:  verzendkosten € 8,-
• Rest van de Europese Unie: verzendkosten € 16,-
• Europa buiten de Europese Unie € 25,-
• Verenigde Staten € 69,-
• Rest van de wereld € 89,-

EU-klanten

Vanaf 1 juli 2021 zijn er wijzigingen in de btw-regels voor e-commerce binnen de Europese Unie. RoB Amsterdam moet de lokale btw in rekening brengen (d.w.z. het btw-tarief van het EU-land van de consument) en is btw-plichtig in de lidstaat waar de koper is gevestigd.

Wat betekent dat voor jou?
Alle prijzen op deze homepage zijn inclusief Nederlandse BTW en weergegeven inclusief 21% Nederlandse BTW. Bij het afrekenen (vóór betaling) wordt het Nederlandse btw-tarief vervangen door uw lokale btw-tarief.

UK Customers

Prices for UK customers shown on this webpage are inclusive Dutch VAT. When reaching the 
payment in the check out process the system either deducts the Dutch VAT (over GBP 135,-) 
or replaces it with British VAT 20% (below GBP 135,-)

However, UK being outside the EU means you do not
have to pay Dutch VAT but you have to do so with UK VAT

Regarding UK regulations there is difference how the UK VAT has to be paid by the customer.
- Orders up to GBP 135,- : 20% UK VAT will be charged by the Point of Sale (Rob Amsterdam)
- Orders exceeding GBP 135,- : Rob Amsterdam will invoice you without VAT, UK VAT will be charged by the Point of Importation (UPS in our case)

USA Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States. 

As these regulations continue to change, it is not possible to update our systems reliably at this moment. 

For this reason, the option for delivery to USA addresses has been disabled in our webshop until further notice.

Once the regulations have stabilised and our systems are updated to meet the requirements, we will reinstate shipments to the United States.

Packages that require customs duties, taxes and other government ('import duties') will be charged a surcharge of USD $12 if these import duties are not paid prior to delivery. The ICOD fee will be charged to the U.S. receiver upon delivery and will not apply if the import duties are charged to a UPS-customer-number prior to delivery.
